Rafael Teshiba Tulfo (born on March 12, 1960, in Quezon City), popularly know as Raffy, is a radio presenter and TV personality.
He is the host of the radio program Wanted sa Radyo on AM radio since 1994, as well as the noontime news show Aksyon sa Tanghali from 2014 to 2020.
Tulfo’s sister, Wanda Tulfo-Teo, was secretary of tourism from 2016 to 2018. His brothers Ramon, Ben, and Erwin Tulfo are also radio presenters, TV personalities, and newspaper columnists.
