Elmer Calagui Labog (born on August 3, 1955 in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya), popularly known as Ka Bong, is a veteran labor leader. He is the chairperson of the labor group Kilusang Mayo Uno and vice chair of Bagong Alyansang Makabayan. He is also the president of the International League of Peoples’ Struggle in the Philippines.
