Lorna Regina Bautista Legarda (born on January 28, 1960 in Malabon City), popularly known as Loren, is a deputy speaker and the representative of the lone district of Antique in the House of Representatives, serving since 2019. She is a former broadcaster and senator.
She was a seasoned journalist at ABS-CBN before entering politics. She was first elected senator in 1998, and has served three terms since. Then, in 2019, she won the House seat representing her mother’s home province.
