Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, popularly known as General Guillermo (born on November 13, 1965 in Tagkawayan, Quezon) is a retired police officer. He served as chief of the Philippine National Police in 2021 and retired six months after. He formerly led the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
